Located on the same campus as Radius HealthCare Center at Northwood, Candlewood was established to provide the highest quality specialized care to residents with memory impairment. We have created the ideal environment for individuals who need the continuation of familiar activities, interests and family involvement that was the mainstay of their lives before memory loss became a challenge.
